I have the manuals and it says I.H. PMS B26-0006 I called a dealer in Tulsa,OK and he says they no longer make that oil. He said Komotsu reccomends T0-10 hydrolic or 15W-40 engine oil. Pull the lever to disengage clutch then step on brake. If things are working power in other track swings you around. Very common for steering clutches to rust together and not release.
